Meet our Companies Owners and Family

Tom Dieleman started in the septic industry in 1995, subcontracting for two different septic companies. In 1997, Tom and Linda started T&L Septic Services doing inspections, repairs, and installations. Within a year, they purchased their first pump truck, adding pump outs to their services, making this company a full-service septic business. In 2001, they added their first employee. Fast forward to the present day, T&L now employees anywhere from 15-20 employees. Together we have built the honest and reliable company that it is today. All four of Tom and Linda’s children have grown up in and around the septic industry. All of their adult children worked for, or alongside the company at some point over the past

Our Technicans

Along with Tom Dieleman, there are 10 other certified maintenance technicians who service Denton County and the surrounding areas. We have 3 Licensed Installers on Staff. Each of our technicians are qualified to work on all types of septic systems and strive to offer excellent customer service.

Our Office Staff

Linda Leads a group of four in the office. Michelle, Erika, Allie, and Felicia. They all work together to ensure a timely and efficient response to any needs or concerns you many have. Please don’t hesitate to call or email them with any questions.
