Meet the owners
Tom - Owner
Tom began in the septic industry in 1995. He holds an Installer II license. He also holds a Maintenance Provider license. In 1997 He started T&L Septic Services. Today he still oversees the day to day operations and has continued to grow the company.
Linda - Co-Owner
Linda has run the office since the company began in 1997. She has been in the industry alongside Tom since 1995 when she started digitizing paper records. Today she continues to oversee the office including a new transition into the digital online era.
Meet our Secretaries
All of our secretaries are part of an office team that is the first and last point of contact
with our customers. Each secretary answers phones, replies to emails, schedules
appointments, and dispatches technicians to maintain a quality workflow between the
customer and the field technicians.
Michelle
In addition to the secretary responsibilities previously mentioned, Michelle also
processes quotes for repairs and septic tank installations. She also processes invoices
and manages the company accounting.
Allie
In addition to the secretary responsibilities previously mentioned, Allie also manages the
maintenance agreements and their inspections between our customers and the local
reporting authority to keep the customers in compliance.
Erika
In addition to the secretary responsibilities previously mentioned, Erika coordinates
repairs and oversees septic installations from initial quotes through permitting,
scheduling, and completion.
Felicia
In addition to the secretary responsibilities previously mentioned, Felicia also manages
the maintenance agreements and their inspections between our customers and the
local reporting authority to keep the customers in compliance.
Elise
Elise is a member of the Dieleman family, and is Derek’s wife. She works from home
while also caring for their 2 small boys. Elise audits the inspections to make sure that
they are fully completed in a timely manner, and processes the completed inspection
reports while checking for any repairs noted on those forms.
Meet our technicians
Derek
Derek is our Field Supervisor. He also manages all our IT infrastructure and oversees the daily operations along with Tom. He is an Installer II and a Maintenance Provider.
Logan
Logan is our Inspection Coordinator. He oversees our inspectors field operations and manages dispatching our inspections each day. He is a licensed Apprentice under Tom. He is also a licensed Maintenance Technician.
Pierre
Pierre has been with our Company for nearly 14 years. He is a licensed Maintenance Technician. He manages our pump out staff as well as serves as an Inspector and works alongside our installers.
Brian
Brian is our lead repair technician. He has extensive experience working on all types of septic systems. He oversees all of our repair technicians on a daily basis.
Luis
Luis is our lead installer. He oversees each installation and serves as our chief equipment operator. He also regularly performs maintenance on our equipment. He is a licensed Installer II and Maintenance Technician.
Noah
Noah is a licensed Apprentice and maintenance technician. He regularly works alongside our installers to ensure a smooth and timely process. He also serves as a regular inspector for our company.
Dillyn
Dillyn is a licensed maintenance technician and performs inspections and works alongside our installers. He also helps our pump truck staff and helps with tough digging jobs company wide.
Hunter
Hunter is a licensed Maintenance Technician. He is regular inspector and also routinely works alongside Brian on the repair staff.
Don
Don is one of our pump truck drivers. He is a licensed Maintenance Technician. He also serves as a inspector when he is not in the pump truck.
Jackson
Jackson is a licensed Maintenance Technician and works as a regular inspector. He also works with the installation crews on a regular basis. He also serves as an equipment operator.
Hayden
Hayden is a licensed Maintenance Technician and works as a regular inspector. He also works with the installation crews on a regular basis. He also serves as an equipment operator.
